Tried to book a table for 12 at Zuni Cafe. Couldn't book it online - ok, no problemo. Called the restaurant and was told I need to FAX information to book the table. Huh. Fax? No option to provide all the info, including cc info, over the phone? (I'd be willing to provide cc info RIGHT NOW i.e. risk giving my cc info on the phone to avoid having to follow your lame process).
Zuni Cafe, I can't support how you're running your show. Our party of 12 will take our tummies and wallets elsewhere.
This is the laughable reservation email I received from Zuni:
Thanks for booking a table with us on the 19th of November. As I stated earlier over the phone, it will be 2 separate tables for 6 with 2 separate checks. Please fill this out and fax back to us at your earliest convenience, if this is not returned 24 hours prior to the reservation, it will be cancelled. Thank you!

Walking through Walgreens, spotted the mop-haired sensation (I think that's the appropriate word to apply to someone who is famous for being famous) ... he wasn't on a magazine cover, but on a product. Apparently Bieber music plays for 120 seconds while you brush.
Oral hygiene will never be the same again.
